My Bday is June 4 and I turn 40.

I had this fun idea come to me and would LOVE to help as many women (and men!) struggling right now with COVID-19 quarantine and motivation!

Now more than ever we need community, more camaraderie, support and accountability to stay on track!

It’s 40 days of:

  • Nutrition guidance (improving relationships with food, portion control, good choices)
  • Workout accountability to move daily with sample training plans
  • Other mini tasks to help overcome any roadblocks you may have faced in reaching your goals
  • Q&A and energy in the group
  • Once per week 30 minute live workouts
  • Once per week 30 minute live Q&A check in calls on zoom
  • All in a private Facebook group where we share stories, recipes, workouts, etc.
